  • Pocatello Running Club Couch to 5K – We are getting the itch for Spring and Summer running and stoked to kick off couch to 5K training runs to get there! Join Pocatello Running Club on Tuesday evenings at Franklin Middle School for track workouts starting with the very basics and culminating with the Spring Scamper (Portneuf Valley Fun Run Series) on May 4th at Raymond Park; Brooks Running is helping us out with the Couch to 5K this year so expect some sweet raffle prizes throughout the training runs on Tuesday evenings! If you enjoy the Spring Scamper (or just wanna start outta the gate en fuego), the entire Portneuf Valley Fun Run Series continues monthly through September!
    Tuesday Night Track Dates for the Pocatello Running Club Couch to 5K: 03/26, 04/02, 04/09, 04/16, 04/23, & 04/30 – all dates at Franklin Middle School track at 6 PM.
  • Portneuf Valley Fun Run Series – 2024 series and individual event registration is open! Some exciting changes coming at us this year… including friend registration discounts and a new course!
  • Pocatello Midweek Race Series – new for 2024! Mountain bike or trail run midweek series over City Creek trails! The dates are set and registration covers all 3 weeks. May 30th at Cusick Creek, June 6th at Upper City Creek, and June 13th at Centennial Park.

EVENTS

  • ST4R Classes – Every Wednesday at Specialized Physical Therapy from 6 – 7 PM, strength training for runners. FREE! Created and hosted by Aaron Spurlock PTA.
  • April ’24 Art Walk – Join us for Art Walk on Friday, April 5th from 5 – 8 PM. The crew from SALT Electrolytes will be in shop with bottles and SALT samples! Grab yours during Art Walk!
